With over 30 years of global experience in channel leadership, Cliff has held executive roles across top tech companies including VMware (Broadcom), SoftwareONE, CDW, and several California-based startups. His leadership is anchored in Amazon’s core principles, especially Earns Trust and Bias for Action.

Cliff holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Florida, where his dissertation explored individual cognitive decision-making in the era of large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI. He earned his MBA in International Business Management and Technology Innovation from Duke University, and a BS in Entrepreneurship with a minor in International Business (German emphasis) from the University of Southern California.

An advocate for lifelong learning, Cliff serves as an adjunct professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University, teaching International Business and AI in Business. He is also a frequent guest lecturer at institutions such as the University of Florida, USC, Southern Methodist University, University of Rochester, and Hillsdale College.

Based in Juno Beach, Florida, Cliff has been married for 29 years and is a proud father of four. He’s an avid golfer with a 6 handicap, a non-profit founder (HCLF, named after his children), and a passionate traveler. He also shares his home with three dogs: Padme, Han Solo, and Princess Leia.
